Position Overview: Distance Technologies is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join our fast-growing team in Helsinki. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our company’s financial strategy, driving our growth goals and shaping the financial foundation that will fuels our journey. You’ll take ownership of key responsibilities such as financial planning, analyzing and presenting crucial metrics, supporting decision-making, and fostering collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Your role will also involve developing our financial processes and systems to ensure we are equipped for rapid scaling.

This is a rare opportunity to be the first key figure in our finance function, where you’ll have the autonomy to lead while being fully supported by our leadership and team. You’ll work closely with our finance administration partner on external accounting matters, ensuring everything is in place for our ongoing success.
