About the role


We’re hiring a Founding Sales Operations Manager to support our Go-To-Market team in building the systems, processes, and analytics foundation for scalable growth. As our first Sales Ops hire, you’ll work closely with the founders, SDRs, AEs, and marketing to drive operational excellence, data visibility, and forecasting accuracy.


This is a foundational role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, systems, and strategy, and is excited to define the tooling and playbooks that power a high-performance sales org from day one.


Tasks

  • Build and manage core GTM infrastructure, including CRM workflows, dashboards, lead routing, and pipeline visibility (HubSpot or equivalent).

  • Analyze funnel performance and sales metrics to uncover insights and recommend optimizations across SDR, AE, and Marketing touchpoints.

  • Own sales forecasting and quota modeling in collaboration with founders and sales leads.

  • Establish scalable processes for lead management, deal tracking, and opportunity stage progression.

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives (e.g. pricing updates, campaign attribution, onboarding materials).

  • Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).

  • Support the creation of sales playbooks, documentation, and training guides.

  • Monitor data hygiene and CRM compliance to ensure reporting accuracy and process reliability.

  • Collaborate with Finance and RevOps on reporting and revenue modeling.


Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or GTM Analytics - preferably in an early stage startup.

  • Fluency in sales funnel metrics, CRM logic, and pipeline management tools.

  • Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, Apollo, Looker, or similar BI platforms and outreach tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces.

  • Comfort working autonomously in an early-stage, fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

  • Bonus: experience with Audio, AI/ML, audio, or developer-focused products.
