About the role
We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding Go-To-Market team. As a founding SDR at ai|coustics, you’ll play a crucial role in growing our customer base by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for our products.
This role is ideal for a SDR ready to step into a foundational role, shaping our sales strategies and making a significant impact. You will thrive on building relationships with potential clients in a fast-paced, innovative environment, perfect for advancing your career in sales.
Tasks
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B customers through outbound channels (Cold calling, Email, Social media, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Account Executives
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our products and services
- Build and maintain lead lists using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings
- Develop and iterate outbound messaging, email sequences, and sales playbooks.
- Collaborate with the Founders and GTM team to refine ideal customer profiles and sales strategies.
- Accurately enter and update lead information in our CRM system
Requirements
- 1–3 years of SDR or outbound sales experience in B2B tech or SaaS startups.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal); fluent in English.
- Experience using modern sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, LemList, Apollo, etc.).
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, with a bias toward action, a drive to succeed and experimentation.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate the value of complex, AI-driven or developer-focused products
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Data-driven approach to sales, with experience using CRM and analytics tools to optimize performance
- Interest in AI/audio technology and the ability to quickly learn and explain technical products.
