Position Overview: In this crucial role, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our growing team of around 20 employees, contribute to the success of both internal and external events, and create an outstanding experience for our partners and visitors.

Additionally, you’ll assist with various administrative tasks and play a key role in onboarding new employees. Your contribution will be crucial in elevating our work environment, team spirit, and overall workplace satisfaction to new heights. To be successful in this position, we expect you to be fluent both in English and in Finnish.
